The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Choice
Great Cloud Vapor is one of several companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smokes. Now the U.S. Meals and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to a further ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) caution them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t possess the appropriate premarket tobacco application set up. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be favored by young adults, but that young adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. In line with the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, these were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These claims were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory criteria or laws exist to regulate dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label specifically stated that the product could be used as a dietary supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports drink up or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, she or he should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the intake of candies, not chewing gum, and that the flavors were added following the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to end up being misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include correct statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the product, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small children would not choose to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the development of e-liquids. Makers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not really.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice items including several premium brands, several which had a range of what flavors do puff bars can be found in. When I purchased my Cool Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings in it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was inappropriate.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a reasonably massive amount nicotine, which managed to get difficult to hold onto while smoking because the entire oral cavity of the disposable unit was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I viewed the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and the other products was that this product did not consist of any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Right away, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that has been not existing during smoking any traditional smokes. My next puff sent a rush of flavor through my lips which lasted limited to a second and my throat hit another spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly and gradually while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a slight pepper to taste. Following the third puff I experienced a sweet and tangy flavour with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled perfectly into my lungs, giving me all of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session and never have to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
